PhotoSlimmer does not collect any personal data. All photo analysis happens entirely on your device. Your photos never leave your device, are never uploaded to any server, and are never shared with us or any third party.
PhotoSlimmer (“the app”) is provided by newmean.ai (뉴민에이아이). The short version: it doesn’t collect anything.
None. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no servers that receive your data. We do not collect your name, email, device identifiers, location, or usage data.
With your permission, the app reads photos from your device to analyze them (for example, to find blurry shots). This runs entirely on your device using Apple’s on-device frameworks. Your photos and the results never leave your device. You can change photo access any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos. The app never deletes a photo on its own; you review and confirm, and deleted photos stay in iOS “Recently Deleted” for 30 days.
To help you find lower-quality photos, the app uses Apple’s on-device Vision framework to detect faces in your photos — for example, to estimate whether a subject’s eyes are closed, whether the eye region is blurry, or whether a face is poorly captured. This is face detection, not facial recognition: the app does not identify who appears in a photo, and it does not create, store, or transmit any faceprint, facial template, or other biometric identifier. All face detection runs entirely on your device. Facial landmarks and face locations are processed only in memory and are discarded immediately after a photo is analyzed; the only face-related outputs the app keeps on your device are a few non-identifying numeric quality scores (for example, a face count, a relative face-size value, and capture-quality, eye-region blur, and gaze-quality scores), stored locally so the app does not need to re-analyze. No face data is collected by us or transmitted off your device, shared with any third party, or stored on any server. These on-device scores remain only within the app and are deleted when you delete the app.
Analysis results are stored locally inside the app so it need not re-analyze. This stays on your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes it.
The optional one-time purchase is processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
No third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The only external party is Apple, solely for in-app purchases.
The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
Because we collect and store no personal data, we hold nothing to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. The on-device data is fully under your control. We do not sell or share personal information (we have none).

画質の低い写真を見つけやすくするため、本アプリは Apple の端末内 Vision フレームワークを使って写真内の顔を検出します（例：被写体の目が閉じているか、目の周辺がぼやけているか、顔がうまく写っていないかの推定）。これは顔の「検出」であり、顔の「認識」ではありません。 本アプリは写真に写っている人物が誰かを識別せず、顔の指紋（faceprint）・顔テンプレート・その他の生体識別子を作成・保存・送信しません。すべての顔検出は完全に端末内で行われます。顔のランドマークや顔の位置はメモリ上でのみ処理され、写真の解析直後にただちに破棄されます。アプリが端末に保存する顔関連の出力は、再解析を避けるための識別不可能なわずかな数値スコア（例：顔の数、顔の大きさの比率、撮影品質・目の周辺のぶれ・視線品質のスコア）のみです。顔データが当社によって収集されたり端末外へ送信されたりすることはなく、第三者と共有されることも、いかなるサーバーに保存されることもありません。これらの端末内スコアはアプリ内にのみ残り、アプリを削除すると消去されます。

Mit deiner Erlaubnis liest die App Fotos von deinem Gerät, um sie zu analysieren (z. B. unscharfe Aufnahmen zu finden). Dies geschieht vollständig auf deinem Gerät über Apples On-Device-Frameworks; Fotos und Ergebnisse verlassen das Gerät nie. Den Fotozugriff kannst du jederzeit unter iOS Einstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit → Fotos ändern. Die App löscht nie eigenständig; du prüfst und bestätigst, und gelöschte Fotos bleiben 30 Tage in „Zuletzt gelöscht“.
Damit du Fotos mit geringerer Qualität leichter findest, erkennt die App mithilfe von Apples geräteinternem Vision-Framework Gesichter in deinen Fotos – etwa um einzuschätzen, ob die Augen einer Person geschlossen sind, ob der Augenbereich unscharf ist oder ob ein Gesicht schlecht aufgenommen wurde. Dies ist Gesichtsdetektion, keine Gesichtsidentifizierung: Die App stellt nicht fest, wer auf einem Foto zu sehen ist, und sie erstellt, speichert oder übermittelt keinerlei Gesichtsabdruck (Faceprint), Gesichtsvorlage oder sonstige biometrische Kennung. Die gesamte Gesichtserkennung läuft vollständig auf deinem Gerät. Gesichtsmerkmale (Landmarks) und Gesichtspositionen werden nur im Arbeitsspeicher verarbeitet und unmittelbar nach der Analyse verworfen; die einzigen gesichtsbezogenen Ausgaben, die die App auf deinem Gerät behält, sind einige wenige nicht identifizierende numerische Qualitätswerte (z. B. eine Gesichtsanzahl, ein Wert für die relative Gesichtsgröße sowie Werte für Aufnahmequalität, Unschärfe im Augenbereich und Blickqualität), die lokal gespeichert werden, damit die App nicht erneut analysieren muss. Es werden keine Gesichtsdaten von uns erhoben oder von deinem Gerät übertragen, an Dritte weitergegeben oder auf einem Server gespeichert. Diese geräteinternen Werte verbleiben nur in der App und werden gelöscht, sobald du die App löschst.
Analyseergebnisse werden lokal in der App gespeichert. Wir haben keinen Zugriff darauf; durch Löschen der App werden sie entfernt.
Der optionale Einmalkauf wird von Apple über den App Store abgewickelt. Wir erhalten keine Zahlungsdaten. Siehe Apples Datenschutzrichtlinie.
Keine Werbe-, Analyse- oder Tracking-SDKs Dritter. Einziger externer Partner ist Apple, ausschließlich für In-App-Käufe.
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder und erhebt von niemandem personenbezogene Daten.
Da wir keine personenbezogenen Daten erheben oder speichern, haben wir nichts, worauf du zugreifen oder das wir berichtigen, exportieren oder löschen könnten. Ninguna. Sin cuentas, sin analíticas, sin publicidad, sin rastreo, sin servidores que reciban tus datos. No recopilamos tu nombre, correo, identificadores del dispositivo, ubicación ni uso.
Con tu permiso, la app lee fotos de tu dispositivo para analizarlas (por ejemplo, encontrar fotos borrosas). Esto se ejecuta por completo en tu dispositivo con los frameworks en el dispositivo de Apple; tus fotos y los resultados nunca salen del dispositivo. Puedes cambiar el acceso en iOS Ajustes → Privacidad y seguridad → Fotos. La app nunca borra por su cuenta; tú revisas y confirmas, y las fotos borradas permanecen 30 días en «Eliminados recientemente».
Para ayudarte a encontrar fotos de menor calidad, la app usa el framework Vision en el dispositivo de Apple para detectar rostros en tus fotos, por ejemplo para estimar si los ojos de una persona están cerrados, si la zona de los ojos está borrosa o si un rostro está mal capturado. Esto es detección de rostros, no reconocimiento facial: la app no identifica quién aparece en una foto y no crea, almacena ni transmite ninguna huella facial (faceprint), plantilla facial u otro identificador biométrico. Toda la detección de rostros se ejecuta por completo en tu dispositivo. Los puntos de referencia faciales y las ubicaciones de los rostros se procesan solo en memoria y se descartan inmediatamente tras analizar la foto; las únicas salidas relacionadas con rostros que la app conserva en tu dispositivo son unos pocos valores numéricos de calidad no identificables (por ejemplo, un recuento de rostros, un valor de tamaño relativo del rostro y puntuaciones de calidad de captura, desenfoque de la zona de los ojos y calidad de la mirada), almacenados localmente para no tener que volver a analizar. Ningún dato facial es recopilado por nosotros ni transmitido fuera de tu dispositivo, compartido con terceros ni almacenado en ningún servidor. Estos valores en el dispositivo permanecen solo dentro de la app y se eliminan cuando desinstalas la app.
Los resultados del análisis se guardan localmente en la app. No tenemos acceso a ellos; al eliminar la app se borran.
